Delivery Information

Delivery time for orders within the UK (mainland) is normally between the 3rd and 5th working day after the order is placed. 


There is a standard delivery fee of £5.99 (incl. VAT).

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, offshore locations and Northern Ireland may take a little longer.

Your order will be delivered by Hermes courier service who will attempt a maximum of 3 deliveries. When placing your order, please give brief details of where the parcel can be left safely. (e.g, leave at neighbour No 15, or leave in wendy house in garden.) Should you be out when the courier attempts your delivery, they will leave a card with their telephone number for you to contact them directly to arrange a collection time. After 3 delivery attempts, an additional delivery charge will be incurred.
